The box suppose to have an instruction, please see my picture attached, it was being ripped off or torn off. I paid full price for this item not used. Also, there isn't any instruction or manual. I'm unsure if I should return and get a full refund and buy from a different brand. Communication was responsive, so I gave it 2 stars, seller said they torn it off "Because this description does not apply to this heat gun." If it doesn't apply then they should send one that should apply, why torn it off? I feel this isn't right, they should send me a proper box. You can see one reviewer, his box instruction wasn't torn off and looks nice and new, mine isn't like that. Now, I've feeling that this could be a used blower or display/sample they couldn't find the box and just simply get one and ship to me. :(
